Modern websites are built with an underlying CMS (content management system, or sometimes called web content management system). This allows you to have a secure administration area where you can make changes to specific pages. You can do this with no programming knowledge. If you know how to use a word processor such as Microsoft Word, then you can use a CMS.

There is no need to call me to make changes to text, type-o’s or images like in the old days of the web.

In addition, CMS’s allow you to control who has permissions to edit, delete or create website content. It can also automatically save older versions of pages. You can always revert to an older version if you make a mistake.

E-commerce components are becoming increasingly common in lots of websites. I have experience building full online stores. But perhaps all you need is a simple online gift certificate component.
